My wife is Chinese I went out from China since November 2019 little time before COVID-19  since then I couldn’t go to China   Because do to restrictions of COVID-19. If want to visit to my wife and 2 of my children.is it possible I can get Q1 or Q2 visa

Yes, it's possible. Recently, the Australian husband of my friend just reached China with a Q visa.

If I'm not mistaken, China only considers situations where family members in China are critically ill meaning on the verge of dying or already dead. I hope I am wrong, but from what I read and from I see around me, this is the sad reality.
