I kindly request to know if there are any scholarships available in china for non Chinese nationals. if so, how can I go about it to attain one?

Surely yes. There are many kinds of scholarships, provided by schools, government, charity groups, enterprises...

The procedures to apply for them is different one from another. You'd better consult a specialized agency for help.
