i am currently in henan china i want to know about student visa to work visa changing process.

i just finish my graduations.

Have you found a job yet? You need to find a Chinese employer who would give you a work permit. Take along your passport, a filled application form, a recent photo, your work permit, and your vaccination certificate, and some supporting documents like a medical form and criminal history check, to the embassy to apply for a work visa.
