About:Chinese Consulate in New York

Need authentication of US Passports.

My Chinese wife & myself (US Citizen) are selling property in Shanghai. My old passport
& new passport have to be confirmed as being from the same person. Have had this information Certified by stamp from the Connecticut Secretary of State. How do I proceed? Thank you!
