M Visa, US passport with APEC card

I have a USA passport with an APEC card, and a valid 10 year M Chinese Visa (from Sept 2015-Sept 2025). I am also fully vaccinated with Pfizer (2nd shot on April 28th). I live in San Francisco. Any test labs in San Francisco that are approved by the Chinese Embassy? What do I need to do before I can fly to Guangzhou, China? When can I buy an air ticket? Any quarantine upon arrival (if tested negative for Covid-19 upon arrival)?

Currently, only the visa issued on or after March 28, 2020 are valid, so you need to apply for another one in order to enter China. BTW, it's not easy to get the visa presently.
