Question

I have been dating a lady there in China since last year and it is seriously connection. We talk about marriage and she does not want to come here but wants me to come there. We want to be together and I need to know how to get a visa to go there. I have received the Moderne CV-19 vaccine and willing to take any other vaccinations to travel either here or when I arrive there. My embassy location was in Houston, but transferred to Washington and I cannot reach them. I am reaching out for assistance.

I fully understand your mixed feelings, but it is really hard. You should apply for an S visa for private visit, but the S visa is not issued to non-emergency visit at present. Visa is issued for emergency humanitarian needs under the current pandemic control regulations. If you have a job offer or business in China, you can get a PU letter from China and try to apply for an M or Z visa.
