Visa for South African working in Malaysia

Hi i am a South African and i am working in Malaysia, I need to apply for a PRC Visa.
Can i do my application at the PRC Embassy in KL.
I will receive my PU letter in a few weeks time.

Yes, you can do the application at the Chinese Visa Application Center in KL.
