About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

When will Z visas be issued for South Africans?

Hi, I have a contract with a school in China and would like to find out when the Embassy in Johannesburg will be issuing visas again.
My second question is, will they be able to issue a spousal visa for my husband to join me?
