I am a water rat 1972. Should I change my place of residence and move to another city?

The last 10 years had been very difficult, the last 3 I almost ended on the streets, all due to factors beyond my control. Now I am on a slight rebound. I need to know whether I should move to a new city for ease of work or should I remain in the area where I am staying?
