Can I ask you about get china visa in other country

I am a Pakistani my duration visa is Q2 I tried to get new Q2 visa in the embassy people republic of China in Islamabad but the embassy s say this impossible to get q visa now I have some business trip to Nepal if that time the China Embassy s allowed Q visas then can possible I apply my Q2 visa in Nepal ? Thank you for your understanding

You can have a try, but it is not assured that you can apply for a Q visa in Nepal.
