I need visa to go and celebrate 11 February festival with a friend in China

I need a visa to go and celebrate 11 February 2021 festival the biggest festival in China with my friend so I need your help I need the processing and the visa forms too, and the payment

Dear, according to your description, I assume that you are only eligible for a tourist visa of China, but it is a pity that China does not issue tourist visas at present for pandemic control reasons.
