Can myself and my kids see my husband currently he is working in Nanjing china?

I m an indian,my husband currently working in nanjing,due to pandemic my husband not able to return to India for past one year , through reunion visa myself along with my 2 kids can go to China? My husband is permanent resident holder. Embassy will issue visa for us?

Hello everyone!
I am a Filipina married to an Italian guy who just moved to Shanghai last November 17,2020. Is it possible for me to apply a visa? My husband is working there, now I’m living in HongKong. Thank you very to the one who can help me answer my query. Stay safe!
