Where to renew Chinese passport in Vancouver? Is the office open?

You can renew it in the Chinese consulate in Vancouver. Currently, the office is not open, but if you need to renew your passport as soon as possible, you can send an email to VISASECTION1595@GMAIL.COM

Hello. i live in Vancouver as a landed immigrant . My Chinese passport is expired so i want to know how to i renew in Vancouver since the Chinese Visa office is close. Best regard!
