Is it possible to convert visa type from buisness(M/F) to student(X)visa?

About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

Is it possible to convert visa type from buisness(M/F) to student(X)visa?

I mean if i would enter China on a buisness visa from my country, and then convert it to study visa from my university ? as no one is currently able to travel to China over Student visa
