I have a 10 year Type L visa will I be able to visit China after Sept. 28 2020

I want to travel to China in November 2020 with my wife who is a Chinese national and our daughter. Our daughter has a Type Q2 and I have a type L visa. I understand that after Sept 28th of 2020 travel to China is allowed. Please let me know if this is not true.
