travel arrangements to visit hong kong

Question

May I know the current travel arrangements for Singaporeans to visit Hong Kong please? If there is special reason such as my niece has just given birth and my sister would like to travel to HK to look after her (during her confinement period), can she seek permission to travel to HK? If so, how do we go about doing so?Look forward to your thoughts. Thank You.

Joy, the current situation for entering HK is not very clear. You had better contact the HK Immigration Department directly before departure for the latest information.
