us citizen can I apply in Vancouver canada for a chinese 10 visa

Hi i live in washington state i would like to get a chinese tourist visa for 10 years. should i go through an agency to avoid mistakes on my application, or should i apply directly.

Logan, you can apply directly later. At present, it's nearly impossible to get a tourist visa for China.
