Visa suspension for Egyptian scholar

Hi, I am from Egypt and I got an offer to work in China. I went to the embassy in Cairo and it seems there is visa suspension due to the current COVID-19 issue. Is there any solution? How long this suspension will last?

Actually, the visa center has resumed business, but only M, F, Q and C visa applications are acceptable for the time being. Therefore, if you want to apply for a work Z visa, you should keep close attention on the website of the visa center and Chinese embassy for the latest notice.
