About:China Work Visa

Re-enter China

Hi! I have a valid work permit but my residence visa for work has expired. Can I use that to get a visa from the Chinese Embassy in my country using the recent guidelines?

Besides this, you should provide the Chinese embassy with a PU or TE invitation letter that you got through your employer.
