About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

I did PhD from Nanjing china during 2014 to 2018. I am working in government of Pakistan.

Now I wanna be permanent residence certificate from China and wanna to live there forever. What are the requirements I need?

Well, I just think you do not meet the requirements for getting Chinese permanent residence.
