About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Destination change from Fujian to Shanghai

I am issued with an M Visa. Serving my quarantine in Guangzhou and supposed to travel to Fujian. But my destination changed to Jiangsu, is my M visa still allow me to travel to Jiangsu?
