About:China Work Visa

If the company only give a company to contractor (non-employee) working contract, can apply Z visa?

In the situation the China company only willing to give company to contractor (work as a consultant who orovide service) working contract, and not the usual employer to employee employment contract, can I apply for Z visa?

Yes, you can still apply for the Z visa.
