About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I currently have a 3 months validity left on my HK working Visa (foreign professional)

I currently have a 3 months validity left on my HK working Visa (foreign professional) and I am currently in talks with a prospective employer, in this regard will I be able to enter HK and reapply for one again? And how long will I have to wait to get the new one? I'm worried that I might have no working visa for awhile because of this and worries that I will be apprehended by the authorities.

Piaux, you can enter HK first and then apply for a new work visa. The process may take one month.
