How to get there from Beijing

Which is the best way to get to the park from Beijing?
We are planning to stay there 4/5 days. Can you suggest us some hikes?

You are suggested to take a high speed train from Beijing to Shenyang first. Then transfer a train to Baihe. After arriving, hire a private car to the scenic area directly.
