Can South African citizens get visas on arrival in Hainan?

I will visit Hainan in September 2020 and would like to know if I can get a visa on arrival?

Johan, at present, it's not possible to get a visa on arrival for Hainan. I'm not sure how thing will go in September. Maybe it's still not if the virus situation does not end.
