About:Former Residence of Lu Shaoxu

Visa extension

My residence permit will expire on 16 July. Do I get an automatic extension for 60 days?
Another thing is I am Dutch and I believe there are some flights availlable by now.
The thing is I have a wife and house in Thailand. So I have really nothing with the Netherlands.
Can they still tell to leave to your home country?

If you have a residence permit, I assume you are working in China (as opposed to having a wife, as your wife is in Thailand!). Therefore your company should be able to assist in renewing your permit. If you are no longer working, and the residence permit was tied to employment, then obviously you have to leave. Again, obviously there are no stipulations as to where you go.
