About:China Work Visa

China Entry in July/August 2020 for foreign teachers with valid visas 'Z'

Foreign teachers working in China will be on holiday soon. Many will leave China for six weeks. They will have to restart work at the beginning of August 2020. What are the prospects of the China Government lifting down the current prohibition that no foreigner can entry China. Do you think they may bring an exception where teachers with valid -Z- visas will be allowed entry to China in July/August 2020?. Thanks.

Currently, there are still no regulations on this point. Maybe you need to wait for some days for the new policy.

Hi Billy

I am in Beijing now and keeping an eye on this situation closely as it affects many organisations employees not just teachers. Currently foreigners are still not allowed entry except under certain situations, teachers are not one.also there are no flights real coming in, not until October under the current rules. Lastly i doubt any foreign teacher will leave for 6 weeks hols for fear of not getting back in later. Keep an eye on expat press like Beijinger and Ukinchina for latest.
