Foreign Permanent Residency in China

My wife (Chinese Citizen) and I (Singapore Citizen) was married in 2017. Since then, my wife had stayed in Singapore with me holding a LTVP. We traveled back to China 3 to 4 times a year. I am looking at applying for permanent residency to buy a house in China. Is it possible for me to apply for permanent residency in China?

Thank you.

I'm afraid not. Usually you can get it after your marriage lasts for more than 5 years and you spend more than 9 months each year in China.
