Can my foreign girlfriend apply for an S2 visa?
My Vietnamese girlfriend has finished her masters degree in China and her visa will expire soon. She has been living here for almost two years. I am an American working in China with a residence permit. Can I invite her to apply under an S2 visa to stay here with me for a few months? We are not married, but we have been together for a few years.
