About:Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding

Ticket info for foreign visitors

Hi, we are planning a trip to Chengdu and plan to visit the Panda Center. On the official website is written that foreign visitors who are unable to purchase tickets online due to not having a Chinese mobile phone number, can go to the entrance and consult the staff for assistance with ticket purchases. Will we be able to buy the ticket on the site? Should I write an email to the center? How does it work?

Online pre booking is a must as it's super popular and there is little chance that you can buy one on site successfully. If you have a WeChat account, then you can book one through their official WeChat account with a passport easily.

I have WeChat account that I install last year when I was in Beijing. But I couldn't access the Mini Programme to book the ticket for this research center.
