Is China Registered Air Mail delivering parcels to Malta?

I am waiting for my orders to arrive since beggining of March and the only ones arrived was with Cianao Super Economy Post. The rest of China Registered Air Mail parcels are still at the status of "Departed country of origin" but when I check them through the other apps like Bpost it shows that they are still in China (Beijing).
Do you know when it could possibly be starting deliveries to Malta if it's not now?
