About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Any charge for delivering train tickets to hotel?

when will you arrange the delivery? Will you leave express at hotel front desk if the customer is not at hotel ?

Thank you for your inquiry.
The delivery fee is USD5 for domestic route and USD12 for HK trips. The express usually arrive at your hotel around 1 or 2 days before your checkin date. You can collect the express from the hotel once you checkin. Thank you.
