any charge for delivering train tickets to hotel?

when will you arrange the delivery? Will you leave express at hotel front desk if the customer is not at hotel ?

Thank you for your inquiry.The delivery fee is USD5 for domestic route and USD12 for HK trips. The express usually arrive at your hotel around 1 or 2 days before your checkin date. You can collect the express from the hotel once you checkin. Thank you.
