Transferring an L visa to Q2?

Hi I'm currently in China and as the 60 day extension period is almost coming to an end, I am desperate to stay. I was wondering if it was possible to apply for a Q1 or a Q2 while staying in China. I currently have a some relatives living here in China as well.

Anthony, it's not very likely to convernt an L visa to Q2, not to mention Q1. You need to visit the nearby exit and entry administration to extend your current visa before it expires.
