New business visa in HK
Hi guys,
We are Australian citizens in China presently, we need to apply for a new business visa with our factory as our current visa with the extension expires soon.
Can you please advise if this can be done in Hong Kong due to COVID19 as it is better for us to have this new visa issued from HK opposed to Australia due to the travel ban back out of Australia currently.
You mentioned in your article that often this is not always the best option, but we are looking for any solution at this stage, but don’t want to be caught in HK and not be able to return to China on our new visa.
