About:China Train

On D trains, what is the New Soft Sleeper? Is it the pods?

I'm specifically looking for the Shanghai - Chongqing route. Thank you very much!

From Shanghai to Chongqing, only D57 train offers the second class sleepers, and you may see the berth pictures on this page: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/high-speed/seats.htm
