About:How to Apply a China Visa in Hong Kong

New L-visa application

Hi, I am a South African citizen and have lived in China for 16 years. Unfortunately my my visa expired and I'm currency unemployed. I have 2 Chinese children who live with my ex-wife (Chinese) and I'd dearly like to to get back to Wuxi, Jiangsu to see rhem. I'd like to stay for as long as possible and would would like to know how long it will take, the cost and exactly what I need.

Since your visa has expired, you need to apply for a stay visa first at the local exit and entry administration as soon as possible and then leave China for your home country, then, you may apply for Q visa at the visa center in South Africa since you have two children in China for a new entry to China. The visa fee is ZAR 1,105.
