Yes, you can use an agency to do the work in your home country for you. For example, we are from the US. When we applied for our Chinese visas, we were living in Colombia. We had to DHL our documents to an agency in the Washington DC area, and they did all of our passport work and sent our passports back via DHL. Then, we moved to China without ever going back to the US. If you are from the US, then I highly recommned Monument Visa agency, as they are a family owned, very small group, with great customer service and dependable knowledge about the process for a price that is budget friendly.

Thanks so much, I happy someone has done it before. Due to the Covid-19, I wish to reduce my travels as much as possible.
