Can passengers walk through different classes of carriages on the train?

For high speed trains, carriage No. 1 to 8 are connected and No. 9 to 16 are connected. Passengers can walk through freely within these carriages but cannot go through from carriage No. 8 to 9. Hope this information can help you a little.
