Work visa residence permit & HIV+

Hello,
Does anyone know if there are still problems with work visas for hiv positive people in china? do they refuse to give a health certificate etc.?

Yes, exactly, so that’s why i was researching on this topic, i wanted to work in Tianjin, but there are no clear answers if it’s possible or not, so i’m being confused af.
