HIV positive foreigner can stay and work in China?

I'm international student when i came in China with good health, after one year i diagnose with HIV-1. Now I'm in China. I want change visa study visa to work visa. Can i get work visa? I'm already register in CDC and local hospital in China. Now my cd4 cell 1000 above and viral load control.

Medical examination is required when applying for a work visa and it's quite possible that you are rejected.
