About:Visa on Arrival

Entry to Shenzhen

I am Singapore and would like to know if anyone know is there any restrictions to enter Shenzhen and if there is no restrictions, my stay after 14 days can i do a re-entry via hongkong or macau?

As I know, you need to have 14 days observation isolation when you entering Shenzhen.
