How can I apply Chinese passport for my daughter

How can i apply a Chinese passport for my 1year old daughter? I'm Filipina and my baby father is Chinese mainland we live together but we're not yet married.

In such a case, you can't get a Chinese passport for your daughter.

This is discussed elsewhere on this site but your baby must have never held a Filipino passport to begin with. If she has then you have to renounce her Filipino citizenship first. Also a Chinese passport will not guarantee citizenship rights which is done through hukou registration, and a child born out of wedlock may or may be registered depending on the regulations of her father's municipality.
