Passeport validity

Hello, i have a chinese student visa x, and now i am outside of china i had to fly back but i couldn't due to the coronavirus , i just discovered that my passport will expire within 5 months ,now i am wondering they won't let me enter china because of the 6months passport validity even i live in china.

There is no 6-month validity rule for Mainland China.

If your passport and residence permit are valid, you can enter China. Your passport doesn't have to be valid for more than 6 months.
