About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Can a Canadian citizen who has a job offer in China take his/her spouse with them to China?

Can a Canadian citizen who has a job offer in China take their spouse to China with them?
Also, can their spouse get a work permit to work in China?
And Finally, Can a same sex spouse who are both Canadian citizen live in China and work?

Yes, the spouse can get an S visa to stay in China. If the spouse wants to work, then a work Z visa is required. A same sex spouse cannot apply for the S visa, but can apply for the work visa.
