REFUND FOR VISAS TO CHINA DUE TO CORONAVIRUS

We are a group of 5 who applied and were granted tourist visas for a specific period. Due to the coronavirus outbreak we are now unable to travel. Are we be entitled to get a refund for the cost of our visas.
