About:China Train Ticket Booking FAQ

Coronovirus Outbreak

Due to this dangerous Coronavirus outbreak, our plan to china had to change.
What is the proper procedure to cancel or postpone the train ticket we purchased.

If you booked tickets with us, you can contact us by email and offering your tracking number. We will check your booking status first and reply you as soon as possible. If you booked with other website, you can contact the website you used for booking for cancellation request. If you brought paper ticket at station directly, you need to cancel paper ticket at station counter. Hope this information can help you.
