About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Validity of Visa

We have booked an organised trip to mainland China for April 2020. Given the current situaion with the virus outbreak we do not yet know what is likely to happen [trip cancelled, postponed etc etc] Appointments have been made for our visa application for 24th April. Can you advise how long the visa [Tourism, Multiplt entries] is valid for? Many thanks

Multiple-entry tourist visa is usually valid for one year, at least six months, so I don't think you need to worry about your trip. Relax!
