About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

I am holder if a Netherlands passport, but work in Kazakhstan.

Can I fly via Moscow to Dalian , and 72 hours later fligh to Amsterdam as return flight with no Visum?

There are no non-stop flights between Dalian and Amsterdam. If you connect in mainland China (eg Beijing, Shanghai) then you need a visa if you are staying longer than 24 hours in China.
