About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Hi, where can I read official information?

And how is the 144h counted, Im whithin 144h but I leave on day 7, do I still qualify?

Read it on Timatic, where it will say that the 144 hours starts at 00:01 on the day following the day of entry..
