i am arriving pek terminal 3 on a united flightwill be checking a bag.

I have a PEK to HGK flight on Cathay Pacific.  How do I get my bag and recheck it without exiting terminal 3

After your arrival, proceed with transfer procedures and pass through the Transit Inspection, then take special elevator downstairs to International Departure Level at 2F of T3-E to accept Security Inspection, next go through the customs sample check of hand baggage if necessary.
